Arya's Birthday "Party"

It's Arya's 2nd birthday today! This year we didn't have a big party. We just had Gramma Suzanne, Grampa Brian, Grandma Debbie, Grandpa Mike, and Great-Grandpa Hook over for pizza, cupcakes and presents on Saturday. We had a Curious George theme (Since Arya gets excited every time she sees "Georrrrrrr!")

I was impressed that Arya knew to blow out her candle. Here is a video:

After cupcakes it was time for presents! After all those Christmas presents, Arya is a pro at opening them!

The Fox and The Hound from Aunt Andrea and Uncle John.
A Go Fish cd from Gramma Suzanne.

Clothes from Grandma Debbie and Grandpa Mike
She LOVEd this musical card from Great-Grandma Joan.

Here Arya is saying "Pooh" pointing to him on the wrapping paper.

Medical toys from Aunt Shannon and Uncle Terry
"Here Grandpa Mike, you help me with this one."
Her dress from Great-Grandpa Hook.

Mommy pulled out a big present (From her, Daddy, Gramma and Grampa) last:
Arya pulled off the "wrapping" (A blanket) to reveal a play kitchen!

All of Arya's birthday presents!

Miscellaneous Christmas Pictures

Here are some random pics from our time up in Iowa.

We roasted hot dogs over the fire.

The three of us snuggled in bed
Arya LOVED the play food in the toy room. She hosted "Lunch" and "Tea" for Gramma Suzanne.

Loving on her new polar bear. (A gift from Gma and Gpa, of course.)

She figured out how to open Gramma's freezer and found this ice cream.

The outside decorations at my parent's house.

My mom has more than 100 nativity scenes. Here are just a few.

Christmas 2011, my Uncle Steve was given a hat. We all took a turn wearing it and this year, Grampa made a display from the pictures.
