Goals

Over the weekend, Bradley and I were sorting through our storage unit. Going through a box we came across this list. I don't remember writing it, but it is my handwriting. Sad to say, none of these things were accomplished.

Snow Day!

Last week we had a big snowfall that shut down most of the metro. This meant Bradley got to stay home all day. He and Arya played outside once the snow stopped falling.

 All bundled up and ready to go out.

 Teddy went out too for a little while.

 The snow was deep, so Daddy had to keep helping Arya up.

If you look at Arya's face you can tell she is tired of having her picture taken, she just wants to play!

Later Daddy made a fort, Arya didn't try that out until the next day. Now every time we walk out of the house, she wants to crawl in it, even when she isn't dressed to crawl in the snow.

Fingerpaint

Last month Arya used finger paint for the first time. She made a birthday card for Gramma Suzanne.

Wordless Wednesday

Recent Accomplishments

Here are things Arya has figured out in the last few months:

-Open the fridge

-Open doors (as of this week)

-Say and Identify the main colors (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Pink)

-Put on her own shoes on the right feet

-Take off her clothes

-Make her bed (she usually needs just a little help straightening the banket all the way)

-Empty the Dryer

-Empty the dishwasher (She hands me the dishes and I put them away)

-Brush her hair

-Open, close, and latch Teddy's kennel

-Say "Pooh" and "Tigg"

-Throw things away (And always says "Trash" when doing so)

-Identify and name body parts (hand, fingers, foot, toes, eyes, ears, nose, lips, tongue, teeth, cheek, belly button, head, shoulders, knees, elbow)

Smarty-Pants

She looks so scholar-ey in these! She doesn't need glasses. She was just having fun at the eye doctor where Aunt Shannon works. Arya picked these ones out herself.
